This privacy policy describes how NextRep ("we," "us," or "the app") handles your information. NextRep is a fitness application that lets you follow training programs, log workouts, and track your progress over time.

Information Collection

We collect only the information needed to provide the app's features:

• Account information: your name and email address, used to create and sign in to your account.
• Fitness data: workouts you log, programs you follow, sets/reps/weights, body-weight entries, personal records (max tracker), and optional nutrition entries. This data is stored so it syncs across your devices and persists between sessions.
• Social data: if you use the search/follow features, we store who you follow and any content you choose to share.

We do not collect precise location data, contacts, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell your personal information.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate the app: authenticating you, saving and syncing your workout history and progress, and showing your activity on the dashboard. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our backend server and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Third-Party Services

NextRep uses the following third-party service to operate:

• Fly.io — hosting for the backend API and database that stores your account and workout data.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below; deleted custom content is held in a recoverable trash for 7 days before permanent removal.

Children's Privacy

NextRep is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
